RSL-PSIL or “RSL Premier Services International (Pvt) Ltd.” (RSL-PSIL), in association with its Affiliate Companies aim to provide round the clock secure, professional and cost effective Cyber-Security and ICT, Integrated Security & Safety Management Advisory & Consultancy, Merchandise, Services and Capacity Building. RSL-PSIL is the leading member of the RSL Group, and represents RSL Traders Ltd. and M&H Global Limited’s interests in Pakistan, and closely collaborates with TSSL, M&H and other affiliates to provide Security & Safety related auxiliary and support services.

RSLT

RSLT or “RSL Traders Limited”, (RSLT) is incorporated since Nov 2012 in United Kingdom, and provides various services, and looks after the interests of RSL-PSIL, TSSL and M&H in UK and Europe in addition to its own independent business activity.

TSSL

TSSL or ““Titan Security Services (Private) Limited” (TSSL) holds relevant NOC from Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, and provides services in tandem with RSL and its affiliates. It operates in collaboration with RSL-PSIL, M&H in Pakistan and RSLT and M&H-UK in UK and Europe. It also functions independently, to provide a comprehensive array of Security and Safety related services in Pakistan.

M&H Softline

M&H Softline or “M&H Softline International (Private) Limited”, (M&H) is a versatile IT Company partner to the RSL Group that completes the business inter-reliance matrix. The Company aims to provide IT Products, Support & Services to the Group and other Affiliates, by offering a modern, customized platform for IT, and Cyber Security intensive projects.

M&H Global

M&H Global or “M&H Global Limited”, (M&H-UK) offers Management Consultancy services and is based in London, UK. It is engaged in delivering Cyber-Security, Solutions and other ITC related services, and provides IT support to the RSL Group.

Our Team

The companies are managed and supported by a highly experienced and well qualified team of experts enjoying access to a wide network of professionals in country and abroad. In addition to the Senior Management team, the RSL has 5 employees in UK, while it has several employees in Pakistan. Besides, a number of experienced part-time employees assist the management in executing the projects in a highly professional manner.

PPresident and CEO of the companies, Director, RSL Premier Services International (Pvt.) Ltd. and Titan Security Services (Pvt.) Ltd, he brings with him 43 years rich experience in Security, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism. He has held numerous leading positions in Security-Intelligence and Police establishment and enjoys a vast network of professionals in Pakistan and abroad. Mrs. Sidra Saif, Legal Advisor

Mrs. Sidra Saif, Legal Advisor, joined our company in 2018 as a Legal Advisor. She is a qualified practicing lawyer. She holds BA LLB (Hons) degree from University of London and an active member of Punjab Bar Council

Prior to her assignment with RSL she has worked with TOP LAW FIRMS including MANDVIWALLA & ZAFAR LEGAL CONSULTANTS, SHARIF TRUST, CORNELIUS LANE & MUFTI, AGHS LEGAL AID CELL AND KASHF FOUNDATION.

Mr. S. Akhtar uz Zaman, Operations Manager

Mr. S. Akhtar uz Zaman, Operations Manager, brings with him rich intelligence and security experience spreading over 35 years in elite services, across the country. He is particularly experienced in organizing and managing large verification, investigation and Video / CCTV Surveillance projects.

Mr. Muhammad Asif Khan, Field Manager

Mr. Muhammad Asif Khan, former Police Inspector of Punjab Police, carries rich on ground experience of 4 decades in Policing operations in Pakistan and abroad with UN Mission in Bosnia & Herzegovina (UNMIBH), UN African Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) and experience as Secretary to the Board of Inquiry (UNAMID).
